Togetherall is a digital mental health support service for anyone aged 16 and over which is available 24/7, and is completely anonymous so you can express yourself freely and openly. The platform is monitored to ensure safety and anonymity of all members. In addition to Togetherall's online community, they offer resources and self-help courses covering topics such as anxiety, sleep, weight management, depression, and much more.
You may be able to access Togetherall for free through your local health authority, your post-secondary institution, or your employer.
